Ability to model a culture of excellence and a well-trained, energized, and successful team.Able to support a culture where everyone matters, and everyone belongsAble to delight clients with quality services and superior experiencesA proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with company colleagues and employees.Responsibilities:Handles routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements; refers complex matters to appropriate HR team member.Serves as an initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints.Conducts initial interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other concerns; informs appropriate HR staff when additional investigation is required.Co-manage performance management activities, annual evaluations and corrective action.Maintains knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to EEO, collective bargaining, unions, labor relations, and human resources.Create, prepare, update and maintain HR reports for analyzing, reporting and managing data.Work cross-functionally with HR and Recruiting teamsQualificationsStrong passion for Aviation and/or Security industryA proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with company colleagues and employees.Bachelor's in Human Resources or Related Field or 5 years HR experienceMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verifyMust have great intrapersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at various social levels across many diverse culturesWilling and able to participate in a drug test (either pre-employment or random) with negative resultsMust be willing to pass a 10-year verifiable background check (employment, education, criminal and personal references)Must have experience working with basic office equipment (copier, scanner, fax, printer)Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and OutlookMust obtain and maintain throughout course of employment a valid SIDA badgeCustomer Service experienceLanguage Skills: English Proficiency required (reading, writing, and speaking)Why Join Us?At Global Elite Group, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the company's success and growth.
