To learn more about USC benefits, access the "Working at USC" section on the Applicant Portal at Job Summary - Serves as project manager directly responsible for oversight of design and execution of minor capital construction and renovation.Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience - Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.Required Certification, Licensure/Other CredentialsPreferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering/engineering technology or construction management and 5 years of experience.Experience with Higher Education, Medical or Athletics programming, design and construction.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications; to build, plan and work within budgeted resources.Ability to estimate work and work within a changing work setting; to interpret and apply rules and regulationsAbility to manage work and associate with project managers and staff; to make presentations and prepare reports.Ability to develop a wide base of close customer relationships; to interact with various levels of personnel; to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Ability to use technology and involve stakeholders.Job DutiesJob Duty - Assists Project Management staff with the planning and implementation of capital projects.
