Job Description

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking efforts. Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to improve talent acquisition strategies. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track and report recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies. Partner with stakeholders to create and maintain a diverse and inclusive hiring process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Business Partner should have: experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders. Knowledge of best practices in diversity and inclusion within recruitment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Adaptability to work in a busy and varied environment.
