We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Service Technician who enjoys consultative selling, takes pride in performance, and knows how to turn service visits into long-term solutions. You'll run pre-scheduled maintenance appointments, perform detailed inspections, and identify and recommend upgrades that improve system performance, safety, and longevitywhile delivering a true "WOW" homeowner experience.

Requirements

• Valid non-probationary driver's license and safe driving record
• Comfort working independently and managing a structured daily route
• Strong communication skills and confidence with homeowners
• Customer-first mindset with consultative sales focus
• Construction or trade experience preferred
• Consultative sales or upsell experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in crawlspaces and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English
