Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

Certifications: AANP

Must-Have:
Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
Own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products).
Willingness to complete training to become certified.
Current home address listed for presentation.
Own office required to see patients.

Description:
Seeking Nurse Practitioners in the specialty of General Medicine to perform Compensation Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments.
Providers have options for coverage based on current needs.
The position can be per diem or in the provider's own office.
Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
There is no prescribing or treatment involved in this role.
Credentialing onboarding is quick.
Candidates with backgrounds in family medicine, internal medicine, or orthopedic surgery are encouraged to apply.
Follow-up administrative work will be required regularly.
This includes addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics.
Photos of the provider's office must be submitted for compliance review.
Required facility photos should include clinic signage, entrance, waiting room, exam room, restroom, emergency exits, and medical supplies.
The number of days available for work each week should be indicated, along with specific availability.
Self-query NPDB must be conducted within 30 days prior to application.
