Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:


- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients, following established standards of care and utilizing the nursing process.
- Supervise and guide the activities of nursing staff while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Collect and analyze relevant patient data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develop comprehensive care plans that outline expected outcomes and interventions.
- Implement care plans and coordinate care delivery with other healthcare disciplines.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe and compassionate environment.
- Provide educational opportunities for patients and family members, enhancing their understanding of health and wellness.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate tasks effectively and coordinate the duties of the healthcare team.
- Perform other role-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Required: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Required: Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- Required: Advanced certifications such as AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS, and AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS.
- Experience in acute care facilities is preferred.
