More information about the firm is available at Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role based in El Paso, TX. The Paralegal will support attorneys with real estate, business, and civil litigation matters by preparing and organizing legal documents, drafting correspondence, and maintaining case files. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal and factual research, reviewing and summarizing documents, assisting with discovery and trial preparation, and coordinating filings with courts and agencies. The Paralegal will communicate regularly with attorneys, clients, and external parties to gather information, schedule meetings, and ensure deadlines are met. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced law firm environment. Qualifications Solid understanding of Law in areas such as real estate, business, and civil litigation, with the ability to support attorneys across multiple practice areas. Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings, contracts, correspondence, and basic court forms with accuracy. Strong Research skills, including legal research using online databases and factual investigation to support case strategy. Experience in Document Review, including organizing, analyzing, and summarizing records, contracts, and discovery materials. Excellent Communication skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, courts, and third parties, both in writing and verbally. Associate’s degree or certificate in paralegal studies; bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification (e.g., from an ABA-approved program) preferred. Proficiency with legal practice management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems for Texas courts. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a law firm setting. Prior law firm or in-house paralegal experience in real estate, business, or litigation is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
