Industrial Account Manager

Up to $160,000 base with $180-190,000 OTE We are seeking a commercially driven Industrial Sales Manager to grow our North American customer base and develop new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the North American sales strategy. Win new business and expand existing strategic accounts. Build relationships with industrial, engineering and executive stakeholders. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. Develop pipeline, forecasts and revenue growth plans. Key Requirements 10+ years' experience in industrial, electrical or technical B2B sales. 3+ years' experience in sales leadership or team management. Proven success developing territories and winning new customers. Technical knowledge across electrical, power, automation, controls or energy solutions. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with willingness to travel up to 50%. #J-18808-Ljbffr
