Reports to:  Store Manager 

Job Type:  Part or   Full Time 

Location: Onsite 

The Customer Service position involves providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their purchases, restocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate pricing and product displays. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet company customer service standards. 
\n

\n
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures. 
\n

\n
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services. 
\n

\n
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards. 
\n

\n
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers. 
\n

\n
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards. 
\n

\n
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics. 
\n

\n
• Other duties as assigned. 
\n

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or GED is required 
\n

• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred
