In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll work with state‑of‑the‑art irrigation technologies while guiding and mentoring a talented crew. If you’re passionate about precision, efficiency, and delivering top‑tier quality, we want you on our team! System Installation & Layout: Ensure installations meet design specifications and project requirements. Team Leadership & Training: Provide crew members with clear instructions, constructive feedback, and mentorship. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain trenchers, skid loaders, excavators, saws, compactors, and other tools. Safety & Compliance: Enforce company policies and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. 3+ years in irrigation installation (including traditional & 2‑wire systems), with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong understanding of electricity and hydraulics in irrigation, including automatic valves, controllers, pumps, and pumping systems. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks. Skilled in using trenchers, skid loaders, tractors, and other industry‑specific tools. Valid Class A driver’s license or ability to obtain one. Valid DOT health card (CDL preferred). Current PLT license preferred. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve irrigation challenges efficiently. Landscape Installer (Landscape & Golf Postings) Compensation: $20–$26 per hour (based on qualifications) Employment Type: Full-time seasonal, eligible for overtime Who We’re Looking For: We are currently searching for career‑minded individuals to join our growing landscape team. Applicants should be reliable, talented, and motivated with the willingness and ability to learn and grow. Hartman Companies offers valuable in‑the‑field experience while providing guidance and the opportunity for future advancement. We do offer on‑the‑job training for continued growth. Job installations include hardscape (installing retaining walls, paver driveways and patios, natural stone, retaining walls, etc.), softscape (planting trees, shrubs, perennials, stone and brick edging, rock and mulch, etc.), and earthwork (grading, drainage, sod, etc.). 2‑3 years minimum hardscape experience. Ability to install materials per plan and contract requirements. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Manage landscape crews (3+) for quality and productivity. Installation knowledge of plantings, sod, piping, earthwork and construction methods. Operate landscape equipment — trucks, skid‑steer, and power tools. Ability to take direction and work with landscape designer/manager. Possess a good work ethic and demonstrate leadership qualities. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and foresee installation difficulties. Valid Class A driver’s license or ability to obtain one. Has a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain an MN‑DOT Health Certificate. Additional skills a plus, but not necessary at the time of hiring. #J-18808-Ljbffr
