Infant Child Care Teacher

Infant & Toddler Teacher (Full-Time) Hampton, VA $15–$17 per hour (Teacher) | Aides start at $13.50/hour Full-Time We are seeking energetic, caring, and reliable Infant and Toddler Teachers who are passionate about nurturing young children and helping them learn and grow. Available Positions Infant Teacher Toddler Teacher Duties Supervise and ensure the safety and well‑being of infants and toddlers at all times Assist with daily classroom routines including diapering, feeding, and activities Support toddlers during the potty‑training process Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment through cleaning and sanitizing Prepare daily reports and updates for parents Communicate effectively with parents and fellow team members Follow center policies and state licensing requirements Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred) CDA credential or at least 1 year of childcare experience CPR and First Aid Certification Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for working with infants and toddlers Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Proof of training and certifications required Nice To Haves Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification Benefits Competitive hourly pay 6 paid holidays per year 1 week paid vacation after one year of employment Ongoing professional development and training opportunities Career advancement opportunities Supportive and team‑focused work environment Meaningful work making a difference in children’s lives #J-18808-Ljbffr Acquire4Hire
