We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our team at Amazing Childcare and Learning Academy. As a key member of our early learning program, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our Two-Year-Old students and preparing them for future academic success.

What You'll Do

The ideal candidate will:
Implement a state-approved curriculum with creativity and fidelity
Maintain a structured daily schedule that promotes learning and development
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that inspires children to thrive
Support children’s learning through intentional instruction and play-based activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and consistent classroom that reflects our academy’s high standards
Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and leadership to ensure seamless collaboration and support
Complete all required documentation and reports in a timely and accurate manner
Work collaboratively with a talented team of educators to achieve our academy’s vision and goals

Requirements

Preferred candidates will:

• Have experience working with young children
• Be reliable and punctual
• Be open to coaching and feedback
• Maintain a professional attitude
• Support the academy’s vision and standards
• Be organized and prepared
• Follow policies and procedures
• (ECE coursework or certification preferred but not required depending on position.)

Nice To Haves
Minimum of 3 years of professional child care experience.
A strong understanding of child development.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
Must clear full background check and must pass health screening
High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
