Senior OCM Consultant
Saxon Global Inc
- Background in asset-heavy industries like utilities, energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure, where knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., FASB, IFRS for asset accounting) and operational challenges is crucial.
- Demonstrated success leading embedded change teams in multi-functional programs, with flexibility to scale resources across phases like exploration, build/test, and stabilization.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules for A2R, including Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Fixed Assets (FI-AA).
- Proficiency in OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and tools for stakeholder analysis, impact tracking, and content creation (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, SAP Enable Now).
- Familiarity with integration points between A2R and other ERP areas, such as finance (R2R) or procurement (P2P).
