Overview:

Position Summary

We are seeking a CQV Engineer to support commissioning, qualification (CQV), equipment startup, troubleshooting, and system handover activities within a manufacturing environment. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout startup and qualification efforts to ensure equipment and systems are successfully commissioned, tested, and transitioned into operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review commissioning and qualification documentation, including startup, shakedown, installation verification, and operational verification test protocols.

• Review and support resolution of discrepancies identified during startup and qualification activities.
\n
• Review turnover and handover documentation to support transition into operations.
\n
• Participate in equipment and system walkdowns.
\n
• Support startup readiness and commissioning safety activities, including LOTO planning and safety reviews.
\n
• Assist with equipment setup, startup, shakedown, and commissioning activities.
\n
• Support execution of commissioning and qualification testing.
\n
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues during startup and testing activities.
\n
• Participate in daily startup and commissioning planning meetings.
\n
• Provide technical support during process testing and equipment handover.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
\n
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, commissioning, qualification, validation, or a related field.
\n
• Experience supporting equipment startup, commissioning, qualification, or validation activities.
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing or plant environment.
\n
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, maintenance, and project teams.
\n
