The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.


We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator - 1st shift to join our team. This position will be based at our 3rd Party location in Coppell, TX.


The Warehouse Admin will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have SAP experience, strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This person will travel in between our Grand Prairie and Coppell locations.


You will make an impact by:

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software (SAP).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock levels.
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and optimize inventory levels.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries.
• Process Inbound receiving accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers service regarding order status, tracking information, and shipping updates.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Open to local travel between site locations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Forklift certification and knowledge of safety regulations

The pay range for this position is $51,765 - $88,740 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
