Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

The position is for a Certified Surgical Technologist in the Operating Room. The shift is 3x12s, from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM, with a holiday rotation. The role requires willingness to work rotating weekends. On-call duties include up to 2 call shifts per month, which may require working on weekends. Experience in assisting with Neuro, ENT, and Robotics surgical procedures is highly preferred. Common cases include orthopedic (total joints, spine, trauma), neuro (crani, spine), ENT (flaps), robotics, transplants, trauma, and GU/GYN procedures. First-time travelers are accepted for this role. Required certifications include NBSTSA and BLS. A radiation badge is mandatory and must be provided by the agency. The role may involve staffing a variety of surgical cases in a busy operating room environment. This facility is a Level 1 trauma center and a teaching facility, equipped with cutting-edge technology. The nursing and surgical teams work collaboratively to ensure high-quality patient care.
