Responsibilities Own the end-to-end data architecture and dashboarding for executive headcount and payroll reporting, ensuring accuracy and data integrity for the P&D Leadership team decision-making. Lead the analysis of complex business requirements and workforce data to identify and drive technical solutions to better surface headcount trends and insights to product area leadership. Lead the design and governance of the team graph team hierarchy to accurately reflect the work of engineering and product teams across the product area. Manage the systematic intra-product area quarterly allocations of payroll opex using data analysis to appropriate product groups in partnership with FP&A. Conduct technical and process assessments of newly developed features from Corp Eng to optimize product area control mechanisms and operational guidelines.
