Influencer Marketing Operations Coordinator, C4 Energy

Who You Are: We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Influencer Marketing Operations Coordinator, C4 Energy to run the operational backbone of Team C4's paid creator program. You'll own creation of briefs, content compliance tracking, live-link and deliverable tracking, and the reporting that keeps the whole program accountable. Candidates must be located in the Austin, TX area. This role is scheduled through the end of 2026. What You're Good At: Run the content approval workflow across all paid creator tiers: route drafts for review, manage revision rounds, and flag claims or compliance risk to the Influencer Marketing Lead. Maintain the follow-up cadence with creators on contract signatures, post due dates, and missing live links, and escape at‑risk deliverables before they slip. Capture and QA live links at post, and own posts‑live tracking against contracted deliverables across the full creator roster. Administer the influencer CRM and ambassador platform (GRIN) and reporting tools (such as CreatorCore and Tribe), keeping data logging and campaign measurement accurate. Collect and file AD IDs for paid creators and confirm usage rights against contract terms. Build and maintain monthly and campaign‑level performance reporting and dashboards for the Talent & Influence team. Support budget tracking and invoice/payment processing for the creator program, flagging discrepancies against contracted rates. What You Contribute: 1-2 years in influencer/creator operations, marketing operations, or program coordination, ideally in CPG, energy drinks/beverage, or sports nutrition. Highly organized with strong attention to detail; comfortable owning process across 100+ active creator contracts at once. Working knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements, and comfort operating in a regulated category where product claims are scrutinized. Experience with GRIN, CreatorCore, Tribe, or comparable influencer CRM and reporting platforms. Strong spreadsheet skills and the ability to turn raw tracking data into a clean, accurate report. Clear, professional written communication for both creator‑facing and internal‑facing correspondence. Why Nutrabolt?
