Commercial Operations Coordinator, Active Nutrition

Who You Are As Nutrabolt’s Commercial Operations Coordinator, you will work to increase sales team efficiency and success through the application of sales and order data. You will provide reports that offer visibility and drive action for order pacing, review orders and cross‑reference upcoming promotions to ensure customers support high‑level promo execution, keep our B2B portal updated with product information and pricing, and forge key relationships with the NSRD team, planning, customer advocacy, and logistics teams. What You’ll Do Establish effective order cadence and manage order pacing with the NSRD team. Build and maintain a new‑item catalog and pricing, updated quarterly or with portfolio changes. Drive all aspects of the client relationship onboarding experience. Implement tracking programs to help the NSRD team achieve their goals. Review and communicate updates on goals, and bridge any gaps to expectations. Distribute weekly order cut reports and provide information to the NSRD team. Use cut reports to follow up with the NSRD team to reorder or replenish appropriate SKUs. Own cross‑functional leadership between commercial sales and logistics/customer operations to ensure best‑in‑class execution and service level. Review sales orders to ensure customers order sufficient product for upcoming events and promotions. Understand product prioritization and lines to solve ordering issues. Collaborate with the NSRD team in building forecasts for legacy products based on current velocities. Prevent customers from ordering discontinued products to avoid transshipment and provide replacement SKUs. Provide exceptional service through quick response times, cross‑functional collaboration, and by diagnosing and creating solutions for shipping‑related challenges. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2–3 years of customer‑facing or customer‑service experience preferred. Team player. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. Excellent rapport building with customers and other stakeholders. Confidence and professionalism when communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Excellent time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Experience in the CPG or Food & Beverage industry a plus.
