Wealth Management Division Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our wealth management division with a strategic vision and innovative mindset. This role involves spearheading initiatives to expand our regional influence and enhance our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow the wealth management division.
Collaborate with bank branches, commercial lenders, and chief lending officers to increase regional presence.
Create and implement programs to boost internal referrals.
Oversee investment strategies in collaboration with the Trust Committee and external investment managers.
Enhance compliance measures to meet current regulatory standards, especially in areas related to MRB.
Act as a community ambassador, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

More than 10 years of experience in wealth management, trust, or related financial services.
Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing teams and P&L oversight.
At least three years of experience in oil & gas trust accounting.
Proven track record of launching new products or processes in wealth management.
Experience in developing referral programs within a banking framework.
In-depth understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the trust and wealth management sector.
