   Employment options:

   • Part-time position based primarily at one office
   • Full-time position with a schedule split between our Downers Grove and Naperville offices

   Pay: $50-$58 per hour, based on experience.

   ABOUT THE POSITION

   White Oak Family Dental is seeking an experienced, dependable Dental Hygienist interested in a stable, long-term position with our privately owned practice.

   We can accommodate either:

   • A part-time hygienist working primarily at one location, or
   • A full-time hygienist working a predictable schedule across both offices

   We are looking for someone who provides thorough, compassionate care, communicates clearly with patients and works collaboratively with the doctor and clinical team. The ideal candidate values clinical quality, builds lasting patient relationships and helps maintain an organized, efficient schedule without compromising care.

   CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

   • Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care
   • Perform adult and child prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing
   • Complete periodontal assessments and charting
   • Take diagnostic-quality digital radiographs
   • Review medical histories and identify relevant changes or concerns
   • Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation
   • Educate patients about oral hygiene, periodontal health and recommended treatment
   • Collaborate with the dentist regarding periodontal, restorative and other treatment needs
   • Prepare and maintain the operatory, instruments and clinical equipment
   • Follow OSHA, sterilization and infection-control protocols
   • Help maintain an organized and efficient patient schedule

   QUALIFICATIONS

   • Active Illinois dental hygiene license required
   • Previous dental hygiene experience preferred
   • Strong periodontal assessment and clinical skills
   • Comfortable taking digital radiographs
   • Familiarity with dental practice-management software and digital workflows
   • Reliable, punctual and organized
   • Friendly, calm and professional with patients
   • Strong communication and teamwork skills
   • Interested in a stable, long-term position
   • Full-time candidates must be able to work at both Downers Grove and Naperville locations

   COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

   Benefits depend on employment classification and eligibility.

   Eligible full-time employees receive:

   • Group medical insurance after the applicable waiting period
   • Employee dental benefit after six months of uninterrupted full-time employment
