Elmhurst Dental Care is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full‑Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. 333 W 1st St, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Schedule Monday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM Saturday (E/O): 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM Compensation $40‑60+ /hr plus uncapped hygiene incentive plan Requirements Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Illinois Anesthetic Certification Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations CPR Certification Computer efficiency—charting and scheduling Excellent communication skills Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients Delivery of an exceptional patient experience Integrity‑focused work ethic Team‑player attitude Ability to multi‑task Open‑minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback Excited to be part of a dental family and a career to be proud of Benefits Bright Direction Dental is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health and well‑being of our employees.
