We are looking for an HVAC Install Apprentice who shares our commitment to customer satisfaction and views this opportunity not just as a job but as a long-term career. As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you'll support lead installers in completing residential HVAC projects, assist customers with their heating and cooling needs, and gain hands-on experience to grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the removal of outdated HVAC systems and the installation of new equipment
• Participate in on-the-job training and scheduled learning sessions to build technical skills
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure job site
• Deliver exceptional, 5-star customer service with professionalism and courtesy

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: Potential earnings $41,000 - $52,000/annually (eligible for overtime over 40/hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm (Saturdays during our peak season)

• 1+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred, or experience in a mechanically inclined trade or related position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
• Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
• Must be able to climb stairs, access attics, and enter crawl spaces to perform job duties as required.
• Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors.
• Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.
