Now Hiring: Operations Lead (Production) – 1st ShiftAre you an experienced leader with a background in manufacturing or warehouse operations? We're looking for a motivated Operations Lead to join our production team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading others to success.ResponsibilitiesLead and support daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.Supervise and motivate team members while promoting a safe work environment.Assist with coordinating daily workflow and meeting production goals.Communicate effectively with employees and management.Maintain accurate production records and reports using Microsoft Office.Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.Perform additional operational duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work overtime as needed.Hiring ProcessSubmit your resume for review.Participate in a Teams or on-site interview.Qualified candidates will receive a job offer.If you're ready to take the next step in your leadership career, apply today!
