What You'll Do

Lead and coach a high-performing sales team
Desk deals and assist with closing sales
Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
Train, mentor, and develop Sales Consultants
Maintain high ethical and customer service standards
Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

Automotive Sales Manager experience preferred, or proven success as a top automotive Sales Consultant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
