Operations Administrator (Marine Logistics, Terminal Operations & Port Services)

• Prior experience supporting operations within maritime, port, terminal, stevedoring, marine logistics, or related environments is required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in operations administration, office administration, logistics support, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing records, permits, and operational documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred. Equivalent industry experience will be considered.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support workforce coordination, scheduling, and time-off administration.
• Manage operational documentation, including permits, contracts, and records retention.
• Support logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading and shipping records.
• Support administrative aspects of financial processes, including invoice coordination and related documentation.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.
• Coordinate office administration, supplies, and communication flow.
• Provide administrative and operational support for special projects and evolving business needs.

• Competitive salary: $50,000–$70,000/year (based on experience).
