We're looking for an Imaging Supervisor to guide daily operations, support staff, and help maintain exceptional service standards within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on work with leadership responsibilities and wants to make a meaningful impact on both patients and colleagues.

We're seeking a motivated Team Supervisor to support daily operations, guide staff, and help deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily staffing assignments and workflow
• Train, coach, and mentor team members
• Support performance evaluations and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations (including HIPAA)
• Maintain service quality and assist with staff development
• Resolve complex issues and customer concerns
• Step in to perform staff duties when needed
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

What You Bring

• Associate's degree preferred (experience may substitute)
• Relevant certifications (BLS, ARRT, etc.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Moderate computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, data entry)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and business office standards
