This position is located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.What will you be doing?This position will be a key member of the Production Facility team. Duties include:Design layout improvements, upgrading equipment, and optimizing space to maximize productivity of a manufacturing facilityEnsure compliance with safety, environmental regulations and building codesCoordinate with vendors, contractors and stakeholders for facility modernizationAttend stakeholder meetings and brief updates to stakeholdersOther duties as assignedWhat skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?This position will require the following skillsets and experience:Must have a bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering with 1-5 years of experience, preferably within manufacturing facilitiesProject management experiencePass drug and alcohol testingEffective communication and interpersonal skillsMust be a team player, able to multitask and prioritize accordinglyBasic PC knowledge (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Travel requirements up to 20%Must be able to obtain a CAC IDMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be US Citizen and able to obtain a SECRET security clearanceUTRS is an Equal Opportunity employer.
