8-bed Critical Access Hospital with emergency department. Nursing staff are responsible for the Emergency Department, Inpatients (Observation, Acute and Swing bed) and Outpatient treatments. Average daily census is 3-4 inpatients and we average 2-3 ER patients per day. We work 12-hour shifts, with shifts starting at 7:00. There are two nurses on staff every shift.
