We're not looking for another assistant.

We're looking for someone who loves creating an incredible client experience.

Every week families attend our educational retirement workshops because they're worried about retirement taxes, investments, income planning, and protecting their families.

After they meet us, many are overwhelmed.

Your mission is simple:

Make sure no qualified family ever falls through the cracks.

If you enjoy taking ownership, building relationships, talking with people, organizing moving parts, and making sure everyone feels taken care of, this may be the perfect role for you.

This is NOT a receptionist position.

You'll be the first face prospects see when they walk into our office.

You'll attend our retirement workshops (approx 4 nights/month).

You'll know every prospect by name.

You'll help guide them from "I'm just looking" to becoming lifelong clients.

When people leave a meeting with us, you'll make sure they know exactly what comes next.

You'll stay in touch.

You'll answer questions.

You'll follow up.

You'll gather paperwork.

You'll encourage them.

You'll celebrate when they become clients.

Your mission

You own the prospect journey.

From seminar registration through becoming a client.

You'll constantly ask yourself:

"What does this family need next?"

What you'll actually do

• Welcome visitors to our office
• Attend evening retirement seminars (2–4 per month)
• Call seminar registrants beforehand
• Confirm attendance
• Handle reminder calls
• Follow up with no-shows
• Schedule first appointments
• Screen prospects before appointments
• Keep every prospect engaged between meetings
• Ensure statements, tax returns and other documents are received before review meetings
• Coordinate emails, educational materials and follow-up calls
• Track every prospect through our CRM
• Work closely with the advisors so nothing falls through the cracks
• Help coordinate client appreciation events
• Look for ways every week to improve the client experience

Bonus if you have experience in

• Financial services

• CRM systems (ours is somewhat unique - we'll train)
• Appointment setting
• Event coordination
