Responsibilities

• Source and qualify investors for company properties
• Market properties through targeted strategies
• Create marketing materials and templates
• Research buyer criteria and purchasing patterns
• Find hedge fund buyers and acquisition contacts
• Maintain strong buyer relationships
• Educate turnkey buyers on available opportunities
