About the Role As our Service Supervisor in Cleveland, OH, you will drive the service business operations for your territory while collaborating with customers and peers. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by achieving safety and quality goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable business results. Responsibilities Implement and monitor safety guidelines for the team. Provide learning opportunities and professional development for staff. Effectively manage schedules and the overall performance of the team. Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals. Leverage new technologies to improve service delivery. Qualifications At least 2 years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities, preferably leading a union‑represented workforce. Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Strong commitment to safety, quality, learning and innovation. Compensation Annual Base Pay Range: $105,100 – $137,970.
