Accounting Manager on all aspects of the U.S. Federal income tax compliance process.About the Company and Opportunity:Great benefits and PTOLots of opportunity for growth and high retention between employeesWork hard, play hard cultureVery competitive health benefitsIn the role, you would be responsible for:Preparing and reviewing financial statements and footnotesManage quarterly closing partner entitiesReview journal entries for firm investment advisor in InvestranManage financial statement auditSupport preparation and recording of U.S. income tax provisions, including return-to-provision adjustments and valuation allowance analysis of deferred tax assetsManage tax software administrationIdentify areas to improve efficiency and accuracy in tax complianceAssist with tax strategies and other projectsWhat You'll Need:Minimum 4 years in corporate or public accountingExperience with private equity partnership accounting is requiredPrior audit experience within financial services is preferredStrong oral and written communication, analytical, and critical thinking skillsDetail oriented and organizational skillsBachelor of Science in Accounting or related fieldWhat Will Set You Apart:Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA EligibleMasters of Science in Accounting/Tax or MBACompensation: $100,000 to $130,000
