Urgent Hire: Senior Property Manager

Are you passionate about real estate and love creating exceptional living experiences? We’re looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our team! If you’re organized, fluent in English and Spanish, and ready to make an impact, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:
Manage daily property operations, ensuring tenants are happy and properties are well-maintained.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
Build strong relationships with tenants and respond to their needs promptly.
Assist with leasing, property showings, and marketing to attract quality tenants.
Handle budgets, rent payments, and other financial tasks related to property management.
What We’re Looking For:
Property management experience is a must!
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Strong communication skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and the team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail is needed to keep properties in top shape.
