Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Illinois State PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Experience with therapeutic exercise, modalities, gait training, and patient education.
• Ability to follow written and verbal treatment plans under a supervising Physical Therapist.
• Good documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.
