Urology Opportunity Northern New YorkPackage Highlights

• Annual base salary of $750,000 plus WRVU productivity bonus

• Seeking a general urologist or a urologist with interests in womens urology, andrology, advanced laparoscopy, and/or robotic surgery
• Shared 1:4 call schedule covering one hospital
• Established robotic surgery program since 2012, upgraded to the da Vinci Xi platform in 2019
• Office conveniently located within a 5-minute drive of the hospital campus
• In-office surgical suite available for minor procedures
• Service area population of approximately 250,000
• Strong referral network supported by a large provider base
• Opportunity to serve military personnel and families from nearby Fort Drum, home of the 10th Mountain Division
• Hospitalist service manages emergency urology admissions with urology consultation support
• Modern operating rooms constructed in 2010 with block scheduling available
• Teaching opportunities through accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residency programs

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Urology
• Commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative team-based practice
• Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
• Ability to provide a surgical case log demonstrating active experience within the past two years
