Role Description The Project Manager I – Building Structures role is a full-time, on-site position based in Seattle, WA. This role oversees building structure projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, resources, and budgets to meet project objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project documentation, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The Project Manager I collaborates with internal teams, clients, and external partners to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders informed. The role also involves preparing status reports, supporting inspections, and contributing to process improvements and best practices within the project management team. Qualifications Experience in project coordination and oversight, including Project Management for building or infrastructure projects. Skills in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure timely delivery of materials, approvals, and documentation. Logistics Management skills to plan, track, and optimize resources, schedules, and workflow across project phases. Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Proficiency with project management software and standard office applications; prior experience in an AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) environment is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr HNTB
