Office Admin & Employee Experience

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events with features like APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more. Enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability costs by up to 70%.

Coralogix is looking for an energetic, highly organized, and hands-on Office Manager & Employee Experience professional to join our team in Ramat Gan. This is an 80% position; this is a full time 4 working days from the office, that plays a key role in managing daily office operations and creating an exceptional employee experience.

Someone who loves getting things done, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about creating unforgettable employee experiences. No task is too big or too small – you’ll be the go-to person for making things happen.

What You’ll Do

Office Management

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office and ensure smooth functioning at all times.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers (cleaning, catering, parking, maintenance, etc.).
• Handle office logistics, supplies, and facilities needs proactively.
• Ensure the office environment is welcoming, well-maintained, and reflects our company culture.

Employee Experience

• Plan and execute company events from start to finish - happy hours, holiday celebrations, gifts, team-building activities, and company-wide gatherings.
• Coordinate quarterly company offsites abroad, including logistics, travel, and on-site execution.
• Partner with the Employee Experience & Operations Manager to strengthen company culture and internal communications.

• On-site (4 days a week)
• 2 years of experience in event or production management, or fast-paced Hi-Tech company.
• Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• A can-do attitude, team player with zero ego, and lots of energy.
• Creativity and passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
• Excellent English skills (both spoken and written).
• May include occasional travel abroad as part of company events.

Compensation and Benefits

This role salary is $80,000. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, education, and work location.
