Customer Delight Specialist – Arabic Speaker (Social Media Support) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Language Requirements: Arabic (C2) + English (C1) Department: Customer Service About the Role We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Customer Delight Specialist to join a global technology company in Lisbon. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer experience, digital platforms, and helping businesses succeed through online solutions. You will support small and medium-sized businesses by providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and helping clients maximize the value of digital advertising solutions across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support to small and medium-sized businesses through chat, email, and phone. Support clients with digital advertising solutions and online platforms. Handle pre-sales and post-sales customer inquiries to improve client experience. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to advertising campaigns and platform usage. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality. Proactively guide clients on how to improve their use of digital solutions. Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve products and services. Requirements Arabic language proficiency (C2 level) – written and spoken. English proficiency (minimum C1 level). EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage challenging situations professionally. Fast learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.
