Senior Consultant, Commercial Solutions & Insights Hub (CSIH), Analytic Services

To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located. You will acquire knowledge of IQVIA data sources, lead analysis to inform strategic recommendations, develop data analyses systems, and identify trends in complex data sets.Provide business consulting and project management: You will apply consulting methodologies to deliver engagements, create presentations for clients, manage projects, cultivate professional relationships with client teams, and work with management to prioritize needs.Synthesize complex data into actionable results and recommendations from the evaluation of secondary data sources to answer a wide range of market, therapeutic, prescriber, patient, payer, and competitive related questions.Assist in developing detailed documentation and specifications, including business process documentation, SOPs, and client data scorecards.CSIH seeks team members who demonstrate strength in our core competencies including:OwnershipGrowthInnovationCollaborationAs a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to not only learn from but also contribute to the vibrant CSIH community. You will participate in learning communities to codify your data analytics subject-matter expertise and develop training content available to the entire team.Job SummaryManager level candidates are expected to work independently with minimal senior support.Analyze secondary data and market research to identify key insights and trends.Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to support client deliverables and business decisions using IQVIA data.Independently create client presentations and actively participate in, support, and present at client meetings.Manage projects and work streams of reasonable complexity.Be able to quickly learn and work with sales and promotional data, market and epidemiology assessment, pipeline analysis and market research.Develop project plans with clear timelines and deliverables, ensuring on time and on budget execution.Coach consultants across multiple concurrent projects.Collaborate effectively across internal and external teams to achieve project and organizational goals.Skills & ExperienceHands on experience with Patient Analytics, including IQVIA or similar data at patient, prescriber, and account levels (e.g. Anonymous patient-level data (APLD), LAAD etc.,).Experience with sales and marketing analytics using sub national data (patient, physician, or payer level).Experience supporting analytics such as Source of Business, Compliance, Payer, Patient Journey, Promo Mix Modeling, Segmentation, and Targeting.Strong technical skills in Excel, SAS, SQL, R, Tableau, and/or Excel VBA.Strong project management skills with consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.Strong analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills, including working with large and complex data sets.QualificationsBachelors degree or higher with 6–8 years of relevant healthcare experience.Strong interest in healthcare analytics with knowledge of the US healthcare market.Ability to follow SOPs, document project work, and adhere to processes Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principlesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skillsStrong written, numerical, and problem-solving abilitiesAdaptable, with the ability to learn and apply new concepts quicklyIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
