AOI Programmer/Operator

Adecco is actively seeking an AOI Operator/Programmer in the Plano, TX area. The AOI would operate any equipment relevant to AOI and other duties assigned by the lead

Typically Reports to:

• Lead, production manager, management, and other key personnel

Qualifications:

• Must be a US citizen or permanent legal resident.

• Must have the ability to work efficiently and work well in a team environment.

• Must be punctual and have good attendance.

• Minimum high school diploma or GED, or

• Experience with AOI machine equipment

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English

• Must be detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SMT and various components

• At least 1 year of experience operating an AOI machine

Physical Demands and Activity:

• Use of hands and tools to properly perform the job.

• Lift minimum of 40 pounds

Main Functions:

• Works with travelers to guide their work and the assemblies through the manufacturing process

• Able to load feeders and inspect components

• Create and modify oven profiles

• Working with SMT machinery

• Operate reflow, X-ray machine, and AOI machine

• Understand and properly use materials provided by process engineering to perform the job and make sure that all equipment is running properly and safely on a daily basis.

• Immediately notifying the lead in the event that any equipment is malfunctioning.

• Performing all required preventative maintenance and maintenance for the machine's operation and documents per our "Good Documentation Practices Procedure" on the proper logs.

• Maintain a clean work area.

• Perform proficiently at a quality standard set by the company's mission and commitment statement.

Additional Functions:

• Associate will be required to take all appropriate training classes as required.

• Willingness to cross-train into other departments

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
