The Technician Role
We’re looking for a Technician who takes pride in consistent, accurate repair work and understands the importance of following shop processes. This role is responsible for completing repair and maintenance services efficiently, documenting work properly, and supporting daily shop output. The Production Technician plays a key role in keeping vehicles moving through the shop correctly and on time.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance work accurately across a wide range of vehicle systems
• Complete digital vehicle inspections and document findings clearly and consistently
• Follow shop SOPs, safety guidelines, and repair procedures on every job
• Communicate job status and repair needs with advisors and shop leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support overall shop flow
• Have some existing automotive repair certifications (ASE or manufacturer)
• Own necessary tools / equipment to perform automotive repairs / maintenance 
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience performing automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance

We are a family owned small business who cares about doing right by our community, customers, and employees.  Josh (general manager) spent over a decade in the dealership world - long days with forced overtime, weekends at work, and constant stress.  Because of this we do our best to limit our time to Monday - Friday only so that our team can be present for family birthdays, school events, ball games, or to just relax and enjoy life in the evenings / weekends.
