What you'll own:

• Supporting the Site Manager in daily operations and driving overall site performance.
• Leading shifts with the kind of positivity and accountability your team can rally around.
• Training, coaching, and developing team members to deliver genuinely excellent service.
• Reinforcing a culture where great service and membership growth go hand in hand.
• Managing opening and closing duties, deposits, and operational standards with consistency.
• Keeping the site clean, safe, and welcoming — every shift, without exception.
