Sparkle Express Car Wash in Beverly is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our energetic, guest-focused team.
If you enjoy working with people, creating great first impressions, and earning through performance, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do:As a CSR, you’ll help deliver an excellent experience for every guest.
Responsibilities include:- Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Explaining wash packages and membership options.
- Promoting Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
- Helping meet daily sales goals.
- Maintaining a clean and organized service area.
- Working closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For.
Ideal candidates are:
- Outgoing and comfortable talking with customers.
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Strong communicators who enjoy a sales environment.
- Reliable and motivated to learn and grow.
- Experienced in customer service or sales (preferred but not required).
Pay & Benefits:
- $15/hour base pay.
- $5/hour guaranteed commission for the first 90 days.
