Manufacturing Supervisor / Non-Ferrous

Non Ferrous SupervisorThis role supports the recycling process overseeing the Non Ferrous (NF) Operations. This may include overseeing and developing the team, scheduling production & shipments and accurately inputting data into our system.Brief Summary:Under guidance from the NF Manager, schedule and track daily production to meet sales expectations in a safety manner.Oversee department personnel - time, safety, performance, quality, etc.Drive efficiencies to maintain and lower monthly operating costs.Perform safety and production training for personnel.Record production data into Production Tracker and Monthly Production Logs.Ensure materials shipped meet the exact requirements of the customer's order and maintain traceability.Requirements:3-5 years of supervisor experience.
