Minimum Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) or Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) products. Minimum 5 years Information Technology experience. Previous experience leading a development or testing team. Good basic consulting skills, strong analytical skills. Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Customer-focused, ability to multi-task and achieve results while working under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
