Payroll Specialist
Location: Gahanna, OH (Onsite) Salary: $54,080 $62,400 annually
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage biweekly payroll processing for a growing, multi-state workforce. This role is fully onsite in Gahanna, Ohio, and plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely payroll operations and employee records management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payroll for fewer than 100 employees across multiple states, including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama
- Accurately calculate and process employee commissions
- Ensure payroll data accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Scan, upload, and maintain payroll and employment documentation in employee files
- Support payroll audits and respond to payroll-related inquiries as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience processing multi-state payroll
- Hands-on experience with Paycor payroll software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
Work Environment:
- Fully onsite position in Gahanna, Ohio
- Collaborative, fast-paced work setting
