Union Payroll Specialist

Union Payroll Specialist• Competitive salary of $50,000-$70,000 based on experience• Stable, fully onsite opportunity in Dublin, Ohio• Key role supporting union employees and ensuring accurate payroll administration• Exposure to union contracts, compliance requirements, and payroll reporting• Collaborative environment with HR, Accounting, and operational leadership• Opportunity to make a visible impact through accuracy and process excellenceTarget Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 DOE• Process weekly and/or biweekly payroll for union employees accurately and on time• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, wage rates, deductions, and benefit contributions• Maintain payroll records and investigate payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries• Prepare payroll reports, audits, and supporting documentation• Partner with HR and Accounting to support payroll compliance and reporting requirements• 2+ years of payroll processing experience required• Experience with union payroll and collective bargaining agreements preferred• Working knowledge of payroll taxes, wage laws, and payroll compliance requirements• Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
