 We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate at an employer-sponsored primary care clinic in Fairfield, California. In this role, you will provide primary care services, including managing chronic diseases and advocating for patient health and wellness. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Highlights:

• Manage only 10-14 patients per day
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Predictable workweek with no weekends
• No after-hours call
• Fewer administrative tasks
• $160,000 – $190,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications:

• Active license & current AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA board certification required
• Minimum of two years of practice experience, including treating patients 3+ years
• Workers’ comp experience a plus, but client is also willing to train!
