Construction Operations Manager

Job Overview Operations Manager – Construction Health & Safety Division, responsible for managing occupational health clinics on construction sites across the Mountain, West, and Pacific regions. Full‑time position, Monday–Friday with remote home office and travel as needed. Candidates must reside in Nevada, Utah, Arizona or Colorado. Key Responsibilities Manage local and corporate client relationships, developing professional relationships that engender trust and respect, promoting company ethics and values, and understanding the organizational environment of the clinics. Lead and supervise clinic staff across multiple sites, including interviewing, selection, training, motivating staff, managing wages and salaries, administering performance appraisals, and developing goals and procedures. Assist with problem solving at sites and ensure proper use of electronic medical records. Maximize cash flow and clinic volume, manage site budget setting, monitor performance, and ensure financial targets are met. Ensure accurate monthly financial billing and contract rate compliance. Maintain standard operating procedures and support service growth. Develop relationships with client executives, supervising physicians, and local health‑care providers. Collaborate with the corporate office to share information, improve service quality, and solve field problems. Coordinate with corporate training, client IT, Medcor HR, accounting, and supply chain to support clinic operations. Conduct regular staff and management meetings. Build effective relationships with supervisors, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Requirements 2‑4 years practical experience in a healthcare environment or employee health services with management/supervisory experience. Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience. Working knowledge of workers’ compensation and occupational health and wellness. Ability to analyze and discuss budget variances and monthly financials. Availability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to client sites and clinics. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, follow‑through, pay attention to detail, and think critically daily. Ability to establish credibility and respect with associates and client management. Effective management of day‑to‑day operations. Solid operational skills; ability to recognize workflow problems, redesign processes, and secure customer buy‑in. Strong ethics and unwavering integrity. Valid EMT, Paramedic, LPN/LVN, or RN license.
